No. We wanted to refresh 1300Record.

Are there any charges involved for this move?

Not at all. The transition itself won’t cost you anything.

What if I don’t agree to the new terms and conditions for Record Retrieve?

They are exactly the same T&Cs. If you do have any queries, please contact us.

Do I still pay the same charges as per 1300Record?

Yes you do. You’re account charges will stay the same, since you subscribed with 1300Record fees.

Do I have to change anything?

No. Unless you want to start another Record Retrieve account, you don’t have to change a thing.

Will I be able to access my 1300Record account?

You can still login from via the 1300Record site.

As a 1300Record customer will my service remain the same?

Absolutely. Everything about your 1300Record account will stay exactly the same. All the settings, login details, recordings, and account history (billing etc) will remain the same.

Does this transition mean my account will be deleted?

No, not at all. You will have your same account.
