How can I cancel my account?

Cancelling an account is easy with us. Since we have no contracts, you can cancel at anytime, with no costs incurred. Just send us an email, or give us a call saying that you want to cancel your account. Easy.

Can I record calls from a phone number which is not registered under my account?

No, you cannot record calls from a phone number which is not registered under your name unless you complete a self-authentication process.

You cannot record phone calls from another person’s phone. e.g. if you wanted to record calls to your business partner’s phone they would need to set up their own account.

How do I top-up my balance?

Top-up is usually automatic unless you don’t have automatic top-ups switched on. If you need to top-up your balance manually, head over to your member’s portal, select the billing tab and you’ll find everything under account settings.

Does my account balance expire or rollover at the end of each month?

Fees for Record Retrieve must be paid in advance. You must pay funds into your account as required. Any unused credit or balance will expire if your account is not used for 12 months.
